Grant brings over 20 yrs. of training experience to Helioss. He has carried a passion for fitness with him since he was a teenager. He is fascinated by the body's ability to change in order to adapt to new requirements. He designed Helioss to be a state- of- the art Personal Training facility. Grant hand selected each piece of equipment with the goal of providing the best quality strength-training and functional workouts available anywhere. When Grant's not training, he's spending time outdoors with his son, Lucas, and his wife, Jennifer. His hobbies include crafting new workouts, fishing, hunting, welding, woodwork, playing guitar, art and leather working.

Nick brings over 35 yrs of personal training experience to Helioss! His fitness journey began with strength training for hockey in his homeland of Canada! He then transitioned into more than 2 decades of powerlifting and strongman competitions. If you love to lift heavy, he's your guy! He's also recently become addicted to high intensity interval and endurance training on his Peloton bike. When he's not in the studio with clients, he loves to relax at home with his wife Sonya, their 4 ill-behaved dogs and 2 curious cats.

....add to that 2 seasons as the head strength coach of the NFL's Denver Broncos!
He knows how to coach for success and takes pleasure when clients surpass their goals! Outside the gym, Vern enjoys traveling with his wife, Mary and visiting their son, VJ and daughter, Halle. His hobbies are gardening, biking and darts. Vern is a four-time American Drug Free Powerlifting Association State Champion, winning titles in Wyoming (1987), California (1989, 1990) and in Texas (2000) and he is a proud 1981 graduate of Texas A&M.

Aryana is a highly passionate personal trainer and coach, who has dedicated her life to helping young athletes reach their full potential. Her love for volleyball began at a young age, and she has carried that passion into her coaching career and personal training business. Aryana is a certified personal trainer with years of experience working with young athletes.
She has a deep understanding of the importance of mental, physical, and spiritual health and how they all contribute to the overall performance of an athlete. One of Aryana's specialties is mobility training which she believes is a crucial component of any fitness regimen. She works with her clients to improve their range of motion and flexibility, helping them to avoid injury and perform at their best. Aryana deeply values her clients and is steadfast in her dedication to instructing them on how to effectively care for their bodies and find joy in the journey.

With over ten years of experience working with athletes, and as a former collegiate football player himself, Tyler understands what is takes to succeed in fitness. He is passionate about teaching individuals how to move and create healthy lifestyles inside and outside of the
gym.With degrees in Health and Exercise science, he became obsessed with learning all things
exercise and nutrition. Now, in addition to training, he is fascinated with the relationship between an individual's habitual tendencies and overall health. When he is not inside the studio you
can find him adventuring with his wife Kelsi, on a ranch chasing cattle, or spending too much money working on old vehicles.

Michelle's coaching journey began in 1994, and since then, she has been dedicated to helping individuals of all ages and backgrounds achieve their fitness goals. Holding the belief that fitness and a healthy lifestyle is attainable for everyone, she tailors her coaching approach to meet individual needs. Her clientele is diverse, including youth and adult athletes, special populations, and seniors. She even coaches swim team during the summer months! When she is not coaching or training you can find her spending time with her family; husband Nate and children Sloan, Evellyn & Will. She enjoys spending time outside and serving her community through local service organizations, and real estate ventures.

Lindsey is a Bryan/College Station native and an Aggie at heart! She was a dedicated gymnast and high school softball athlete and has a love for all things sports. She studied health, exercise, and nutrition at A&M. Her true passion is functional fitness! She has an extensive background in CrossFit and loves pushing clients to realize their true potential.
She is a proponent of working mobility movements into her training to help people increase their quality of life. As a busy mom of 3, when she’s not training, her schedule is packed with football games and gymnastics meets. She is always game to chat about football or talk sports, once you've finished your deadlifts, of course.

Marcel is our resident Brazilian trainer who brings 19 years of experience to the table and never fails to light up the gym with positive vibes. He loves swimming and tennis, and twice led his swim team to state championships as a coach. His passion lies in biomechanical testing, where he helps clients optimize their performance by understanding their individual needs.
His technique is superb, and all of his clients learn something new. Marcel moved to College Station with his wife, a postdoctoral fellow at Texas A&M University. Outside of work, Marcel loves playing racket sports, especially tennis, and exploring new fitness techniques.
